DescriptionSUMMER STUDENT EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY MAINTENANCE
Renfrew Victoria Hospital is hiring a full-time summer student. The available position is for a Maintenance Assistant.
Key Duties: • Assist with lawn maintenance • Assist with garden maintenance • Assist with grounds maintenance • Other duties as required.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications: • A student that has completed secondary school and has been accepted to attend college/university this fall or has completed at least one year of post-secondary school education and will be returning in the fall. • Literacy skills to read, write, speak and follow written direction • Able to perform the duties within the physical demands of the work environment • A criminal record check (CRC) valid within the last six (6) months (or, the ability to obtain) • Past work experience in landscaping, construction or similar, and enrolment in a related program would be considered an asset.
